Within
Within speaks to the internal landscape—our thoughts, emotions, nervous system responses, beliefs, and lived experiences. It reflects the idea that true healing happens from the inside out, and that the answers we seek often exist within us.

Collective
Collective conveys a sense of belonging, shared humanity, and collaborative healing. It reflects the belief that while growth is an individual process, we don’t heal in isolation—and there is power in community, connection, and co-creating a safe space together.

I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals navigate the complexities of their emotional and psychological well-being for over 20 years. I’m passionate about connecting with diverse people and communities. I offer a holistic, trauma-informed approach that honors the connection between mind and body. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I work collaboratively with each client to understand the root of their distress and gently support healing from the inside out. Understanding why we are stuck in conditioned patterns and behaviors, unlocks the road map and the tools to navigate life’s battles. There is a path out of survival mode and you can thrive.

My Approach

My approach is guided by unconditional compassion, understanding, acceptance, collaboration, and support. My own experiences have deeply informed my therapeutic approach. Growth often requires us to face the parts of ourselves we’d rather avoid—our fears, regrets, or past wounds. It is in holding both fear and courage together that true transformation takes root. I want to know your story and hold space without judgment, blame, or shame. I am an active and involved therapist. I welcome open dialogue and collaboration. I believe healing doesn’t always have to be heavy. Laughter can be a powerful therapeutic tool, helping release tension and creating openness.  Pain is part of being human — but you don’t have to carry it alone.

What happens in the first session?

The first session is an invitation to slow down and be heard. An opportunity for you to share your story, current challenges, and what led you to seek support.This is also your chance to ask questions and get a feel for my style — to see if it feels like a good fit for you.

What can you expect from me?

You can expect me to show up authentically — as a therapist and as a human being. I will meet you with empathy, honesty, and respect — creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported.

What If It’s Not a Good Fit?

Therapy is a collaborative process, and not every therapist is the right match for every client. I’m happy to provide referrals and help you connect with a therapist who better matches your needs. What matters most is that you feel comfortable and supported in your journey.
